Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination. Orders to Canada, the US, the UK and Australia typically arrive within 10 to 18 business days.

Can I track my order?

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, reach out to us and we will arrange a return or exchange with zero hassle.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We are sorry to hear that! Please email us at byhimself.info@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number within 7 days of receiving it. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.

Are your products good quality?

Yes — every product is personally selected by our team. We only carry items we would be happy to own ourselves. If something does not meet our standards, it does not make the store.
