Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away, and a second email with your tracking number the moment your order ships.
Delivery times
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Delivery estimates are measured from the date of shipment and may vary slightly during peak seasons and holidays.
Shipping rates
- United States & Canada: Free shipping on orders of $75 USD or more. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $4.99 USD.
- Rest of the world: Flat $12.99 USD on every order.
All rates are shown in USD. The free-shipping threshold is calculated on your order total after any discount has been applied.
An easy way to reach free shipping
Our Kits are three-piece sets built for one surface each — a coffee table, an entryway console, a shelf. Any three pieces from The Kits take 15% off automatically at checkout, and every kit clears the $75 threshold once the discount is applied.
Order tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number so you can follow your piece all the way to your door. You'll find your tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Customs & duties (international orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States and Canada, import duties or taxes may be applied by your local customs authority on delivery. These charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays or lost packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 or more business days, or your estimated delivery window has passed, please reach out. We'll personally track it down and make it right.
