Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Because we work with trusted suppliers to bring you unique, hard-to-find pieces at fair prices, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Some specialty items may take up to 20 business days during high-demand periods.
We know that's longer than a same-week delivery — and we think the quality and uniqueness of what you receive is worth the wait. If timing matters for a specific date (gift, event), email us before ordering at byhimself.info@gmail.com and we'll let you know what's realistic.

• US & Canada: FREE over $49, otherwise a flat $4.99
• Rest of the world: flat $12.99
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't moved in 7+ business days, contact us — we'll make it right.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES (international orders)
For orders shipped outside of Canada/the US, you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
