30-Day Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In their original condition (unused, unassembled where applicable)
• In original packaging where possible
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Simply email us at byhimself.info@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return

Email us at byhimself.info@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged due to misuse, or that have been used beyond what is needed to assess the product, may not be eligible for a full refund.
