At BYHIMSELF, your satisfaction matters to us. Here's how our returns and refunds work.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to contact us about a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition, with original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Not eligible: personalized items, final sale items (marked as such), and items damaged due to misuse.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at byhimself.info@gmail.com
- Include a photo of the item and its packaging
- Depending on the situation, we'll offer a full refund, a free replacement, or store credit — with no need to send the item back to us
Change of mind
For a standard return (item doesn't suit you, size, preference, etc.):
- Contact us at byhimself.info@gmail.com to receive return authorization and the shipping address
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated
- A refund (minus original shipping costs, if applicable) will be issued once the item is received and inspected
Refund timing
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and will appear on your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Order cancellation
Since our products ship directly from our partners, cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase, before the order is processed.
